Fun for everyone
Simpsonville Gymnastics offers a Ninja Warrior program with structured classes that focus on building strength, agility, and athleticism. Weekly classes are 50 minutes long with students participating on both our agility course as well as an overhead obstacle rig which challenges and develops their strength.
Our Ninja Warrior Program references skills & techniques you may have seen in the popular TV show American Ninja Warrior. Ninja training pulls from Parkour and free running to help kids develop overall strength, flexibility, and balance. This program not only helps kids develop stronger skills, it is also incredibly fun!
